• Account information: company name, your name, email address, and password hash when you register.
• WhatsApp connection data: tokens and identifiers required to connect your WABA, phone numbers, message templates, and conversation metadata through the Meta API.
• Usage data: message counts, API calls, feature usage, and audit events for limit enforcement and security.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device data for security and performance.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• to enforce plan limits and process billing;
• to communicate with you about your account and the Service;
• to maintain logs and audit trails for compliance and troubleshooting;
• to improve the Service.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with (a) Meta Platforms, as necessary to operate your WhatsApp Business connections, (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and (c) authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain conversation metadata, usage counters, and audit logs only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your workspace and its data at any time.

5. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashing of passwords, signed webhook payloads, and role-based access control. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

The Service uses session cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the platform.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
